Explorer server password issue

For explorer parameters on the EDG Configuration Parameters admin page, it seems the server password is reset every time EDG restarts and has to be manually entered again. Is there a way we can specify it in a configuration file or environment variable? Thanks!

Hi Fan,

This implies that the secure storage path specified in web.xml either doesn't exist or is not writable by the tomcat service user.

Check on that, restart tomcat and re-save the password again.   There should be a file in that directory now with the encrypted credentials.
