Anyone tried the TopBraid Tagger with the MeSH Vocabulary?

Hi,

I am looking to tag a large corpus of documents against the MeSH vocabulary (Medical Subject Headings).  MeSH is used to tag all content in PubMed/Medline.

Has anyone loaded MeSH into EDG?

Has anyone tried the Tagger using MeSH as the vocabulary?  Specifically, has anyone used pre-tagged documents from PubMed to see how well the Tagger performs as compared to the human tagging process used by the NIH-NLM?

I am hoping to find an auto-tagging solution with reasonable accuracy.
