I get that error when downloading Topbraid Composer Maestro in my Mac (Catalina, 10.15.3). I'm a Topbraid user of years, and never had a problem installing the previous versions. Can you guys double-check that the
current deliverable is viable in Mac?

Thanks in advance

Here is the secret sauce. I have to do this every new install:
You may need to strip the extended attributes from the app:

Type:
xattr -cr /path/to/application.app
