This auto-completes on labels not on qnames.

Start typing Project and, as you type, you will get a dropdown with all classes that fit the string you searched on.

This is an autocomplete lookup rather than a full index search. You can click on the Book icon to the right of the lookup field to switch to the full search mode. It will be slower.
