EDG Import not picking up All Tables in DDL

when I import my DDL file in EDG is never pickups up all of my tables in the DDL File.  One of my DDL Files has 15 tables, and upon EDG import it only brings in 12.  My other DDL file has 73 tables and EDG only brought in 70. My DDL files are saved as UTF-8 encoded notepad files with SQL create table commands

EDG always leaves off 3 tables.  my DDL files are saved as UTF-8 encoded notepad files with SQL create table commands.

Why is this happening?
