how to specify a class valued property ?

Hopefully an easy question....what the way to specify a class valued property? i.e., a property for which all instances of the class have the same value...

You can use sh:defaultValue for that and make the property read-only. But those default values are never asserted, only used as fallback if no other value is asserted for an instance.
