Greetings,
I have a question about making my ontology classes 'public' for a data graph I created in EDG. I created an ontology and a data graph and read: “Data graph are instances of classes from the selected ontologies that are Declared as being SHACL Node Shapes and Declared using public classes (directly, or through a superclass) in the GraphQL Schema section of the Ontology’s form, accessible using the “home” icon.” I found the 'GraphQL Schema’ in my ontology but no classes, so they I think they are not made 'public’.
As mentioned above, it sounds like if I change my main class, that would indirectly declare the child classes as public: "the Main Class can be specified on the Manage tab." But I look at the Manage tab of both the ontology and the data graph collections but don’t see anything about the Main Class or if it can be made public. Perhaps I'm missing a step in converting the ontology and/or data graph to a shape, but I thought the software does that automatically.
Appreciate any thoughts,
Dalia
