Is imported graph accessible during spreadsheet import?

I have a data asset collection graph that imports a business glossary graph. When I attempted to import a spreadsheet containing a list of data asset items with mapping to glossary terms, none of the "maps to term" relations were created. My question is whether any imported graph is accessible during spreadsheet import or only the main data asset graph itself? Thanks!

Imported graphs are available.

If connections are not being created, there is something wrong with matching. 

Does your import create new instances of Table Columns or are you trying to add info to pre-existing columns?

Does the Term column contain labels of the glossary terms exactly as they are in the business glossary?
