[SHACL API] - SHACL inference to support named graph

Hi,

   I am trying to run SHACL inference script over a dataset which has multiple named graphs. I am using sh:values which has select statements to retrieve data from multiple named graphs. But looks like while running the shacl inference script over dataset the initial data model loading itself fails with exception around failing to identify named graph. Is my use-case supported for SHACL inferencing ?
