Issue when using TB Composer 7.1.1

One of our users has problems with Topbraid Composer, version 7.1.1.
At startup he gets an error message regarding commons-text-1.8.jar. And when prerforming a SPARQL query on a specific ttl he gets a malformed resource error.

I cant seem to recreate the issues on my own installation of Composer. 

Does anyone here has a clue.

I haven't seen the first error but maybe this helps

The other error sounds like a malformed SHACL list, perhaps at sh:and or sh:or but I would need to see a copy of the ontology to say more.

(Feel free to send me the files off-line if you prefer).

Thanks for the reply Holger, I think we can use your statement about the SHACL list to narrower our investigation. I'll get back if you come across another obstacle.
