hello! I'm new to the Tokyo Hackerspace group.

 I've looked for a way tot contact you all but i guess this is one that could work. B)

I'm a high school student who wants to make a workshop for machinists in japan.

Basically, I want to bring the tools to one place so that the people who can't afford them could enjoy making things like you do.

Currently I'm doing this alone so I wanted to ask questions on how you started the Hackerspace which could help me with setting up one.

What kind of people should I talk to, what kind of steps I should take in order to start right. 

(What sort of worries or problems you might see in my thinking. etc)

If you need to know anything else, just give me a shout and I will try to explain as much as I can.
