Resistant Fit Alignment

Hi all, 

I am looking for a modern day implementation of the Resistant Fit Alignment (sometimes known as resistant-fit theta-rho analysis, RFTRA alignment). It seems like this package may give such an implementation. 

My question: is there a github where the code is publicly viewable? Can someone point me where the Resistant Fit Alignment is located in this code base?

Hi Muawiz. TNT is not a package, it is a phylogenetic program, and it is not open source. There is an R package for a resistant fit alignment, though it is not based on repeated medians. It is called  RPS: Resistant Procrustes Software  (https://rdrr.io/cran/RPS)
