Highlight entire row in scroolback?

Is it possible to configure tmux to highlight entire rows in scrollback mode? Ideally, this would be a lighter color than the reversed text "selection".

I'm looking for a way to make it easier for people who sometimes have trouble locating the cursor in a wall of text to identify which line is currently selected.

you can set a mark with X and then jump to it with M-x
