I have released tmux 3.2:

It is important to restart tmux entirely after upgrading to 3.2: an old
server and a new client will not always play nicely together.

There are many changes in this release and it is likely that a few that
are incompatible have been missed. Please report these or any other
issues to me or by opening an issue on GitHub.
