P.S. I learned yesterday Cha Tuan hasn't been receiving our meeting invites or meeting minutes. We should start adding him back in for both of those per our Noi Quy rules. His email is tu...@omiap.org.

 

Also when addressing future emails with Cha attached to them we should use the opening phrase - Kính thưa Cha và quý Huynh Trưởng,
