How to find and install Wylie Translate

I use a Dell Inspiron 64 bit laptop from 2013. I have Microsoft Office 2013. I have many different Tibetan fonts installed including Unicode fonts.  I can't find a  keyboard that works with these fonts in Word. My Tibetan tutor uses Word on Mac and said she just clicks on the keyboard icon and selects Wylie Tibetan and then types in Roman characters and they are automatically converted to dbu can.

Where is the Wylie Tibetan keyboard and how to I install it?

You can download the latest version of Tise from https://tise.mokhin.org/.

This webpage has also a small tutorial on how to install and use the
software for extended Wylie Tibetan typing.

Thank you very much for this link and info. I followed the directions, read the instructions, began typing but am not able to get the letters to stack. When I use the “+” sign it produces anusvara.  For example, if I type s+g+r+u+b I get སྃགྃརུྃབ

I am sure I am doing something wrong! Any suggestions?

It seems the font doesn't stack syllables correctly. Please try again
with Microsoft Himalaya.

Hello again,

I don’t know what I am doing wrong, but I am still unable to make the
letters stack, even using MS Himalaya. I am not sure the Tise keyboard is
actually installed. I have downloaded it, saved it to C:\tise-2.0, clicked
on it to run it, and this is what I see:



Should I uninstall monlam bod-yig? Is there something else I am supposed to
be doing?

I am REALLY sorry to bother you, and if there is another option for solving
this conundrum without taking up any more of your time, please direct me!

I am sorry-Is there another way I can get help?

I do not seem to be able to make the letters stack using TibetanMachine Unicode (or any other Unicode Tibetan font). The '+' sign produces the Sanskrit anusvara symbol་ྃ

I am at a loss. Thank you for the time you have given to trying to help.
