Extra manpower at po for two months for lift policy

As discussed pls depute one extra person at po to implement the new lift policy for two months.

We will review the decision post two months depending on the progress made.

Pls do needful and implement the new lift policy asap and suggest you send an email to all residents of tier two today informing them about the implementation of the new lift policy.

Pls treat this as email from the sub committee of tier two as all are marked on the mail .

Thank you for your message. We have acknowledged your request to implement additional security personnel deployment at P0 level. Currently, we are awaiting the cost estimate from the security agency for deploying an additional 2 security personnel (day and night shifts) for the elevator lobby at P0 level.

Once we receive the cost estimate, we will submit it for approval and proceed accordingly.

We have discussed the issue internally.

We suggest the following

U appoint one guard for twelve hours starting from 7am to 7 pm.

The reception desk jll person can manage the rest of the time.

Also since most vendors will need to be diverted to service lifts it should be manageable.

The cost for one guard is approved.

Let's review the status after one or two months depending on issues.
