In the email sent to you earlier on 25th may all the agenda points are mentioned. 

Would appreiciate if you could review the attachment sent. There are some important points mentioned relating fire and safety aspects.

Please note that the committee will officially take over the responsibility and duties of tier 2 only after resolution of all issues with PMC

Dear PMC

We would need maximum PMC members in the meeting. As informed by Simi to me most of you are traveling so it is better if we push the meeting to a later date.

Most of  tier 2 sub committee members  are not available for a month. Hence we had kept todays date and informed you all well in advance.

Even I am traveling from tomorrow and will be back on 16th july. 

Kindly confirm us a date post that and we will discuss internally and give you confirmation for same.

2. Also pls advise when are elections being held as i understand the elections must happen in july before the term of the current PMC end.
