Actions on new tiddler creation following link to missing - user hackability

Folks,

By macro/plugin or core change, Is it possible, or could it be made possible, that when a user clicks on a link to a missing tiddler

Eg;

[[I am missing]]

Which automatically creates a vanilla tiddler!

Could this trigger some actions listed in a tiddler?

Why;

• The actions could be used to identify the tiddler that was current at the time,
• or trigger a log entry
• To ask the user to tag it appropriately
• Stop creation if the user name is not set?
• and more...

Post script,

What led me to this request, was when using edit-tabs or link-to-tabs the missing tiddler is created, If the tiddler is named $:/hidden/Overview

I would like the new tiddler to get a caption=Overview automatically

Thanks for that, I should have thought of that, and possibly did some time ago, but there is no further explanation or examples to assist on the website.
