make file save with TW title name, not tiddlywiki.htm

This has been a discussed before but maybe tech advancements have now made it possible:

When downloading, the name of the file becomes tiddlywiki .htm  Is it possible to have it automatically named like $:/SiteTitle? It is annoying with saved all the files named so you don't quite know what TW it is.

There is recent discussion about a slugifier (basically to convert a strings into simple characters) which I imagine could be a needed functionality for this.
