TiddlersBarPlugin blocks opening tiddler when URL linked to it [TWC]

I keep on trying to address a particular tiddler via an URL link e.g. http://tiddlywiki.com/#HelloThere (Permalink). This works fine as long as I have my TiddlersBarPlugin (version 1.2.5) deactivated. I can open my particular tiddler as desired.
Do I activate the TiddlersBarPlugin, I only end up with the default page of my Tiddlywiki. Is there a way to have individual tiddlers displayed when using permalinks and still keep my tabbed tiddlers the way they are?
