[TW5] Unable to save from Internet Explorer 9

I know that TW5 doesn't work in anything before Internet Explorer 10 but I am looking for a work around or poly-fill or plugin. After hitting F12 and then refresh, it displays but then when I click save on a standalone version from Internet Explorer 9, I get "Your browser only supports manual saving." message that has a Right-click to save changes link. The only save option available from the right click menu is Save Target as... but then nothing happens when I select that option. Any suggestions?
