Ctrlpanel > Settings ... checkboxes or radio buttons?

So, in Ctrlpanel > Settings  - for consistency, which should we stick to when there are binary options:

checkboxes - or - radiobuttons?

IMO we're currently mixing arbitrarily. Or am I missing something?

Checkboxes take up less real estate so maybe this is preferable?

Hmm,

Imo it depends. Check-boxes only have 2 states and Radio-buttons is 1 out of several. ... So If there may be more options added in the future, radio buttons should stay.

In my opinion RBs are also more descriptive, since you can have different texts, that exactly tell you what you select.

So ... It depends. .. But you are right the ControlPanel: Settings page should get some love. ... It's a bit of a mess thrown together, just to be there at all.
