Daily Tasks automatically displayed in a tiddler

If I have a tag [tag[DDD]], will it display the tiddler with the tag Monday on any Monday?
For example, let's say I modify the create Journal button to incorporate a task list tiddler based on the day the journal tiddler is made. I could have a task list tagged by day show up when the page is created?
