[TheDiveO/TW5FontAwesome] Updated to FontAwesome 5.13.0

Hi everyone,

It was a very interesting project, but I was able to use TheDiveO's `tw5-fontawesome` npm repo to update his plugin to the latest version of Font Awesome 5 (5.13.0). Because I only updated the embedded font, I did change the plugin version number to 1.2.19 (I hope that doesn't cause a problem).

The easiest way to distribute this was to fork the repo, and update the GitHub Pages demo wiki. You can find the plugin *.tid file and a link to the demo below:

I have also attached the "plugin.info" version to this post (to serve on Node.js as a "folder" plugin jut place in your ./plugins/TheDiveO/FontAwesome folder).

Mohammad pointed out that I missed updating the History Tiddler for this update. 

I have updated the $:/.../history tiddler and sent TheDive0 pull-requests for both the master and gp-pages branches.

Until those are updated, you can find a copy of the plugin for use here (the only update from the last post is the History Tiddler).

Josua,

Thanks for the update. When it comes to using these for say a tiddlywiki favicon we cant use svg. Do you know a simple process to get these to png etc??

Perhaps even downloading to a filder the png's which filenames match the svg's?

The reason I ask is I can do it with inkl etc... but it is time consuming if you want half a dozen icons.
