Is there a way to download a TW that opens the file location dialog?

Hi all
When I upload a TW to my site and click on the save-wiki button, I don't get a dialog box asking me in which folder to save the file. I have FF set up to ask me where to download files to. But all I get from TW is if I want to open, save or cancel.
The TW is an empty template file I would like to download to different folders as needed. It would save me heaps of time to be able to indicate the folder rather than save to desktop then move it.
Any ideas?
