How can I have the "More" Tabs Side Bar in my Table of Contents?

Basically, I really like how the Sidebar in the "More" Tab looks. This thing:

And I was wondering if there's any way to create one of these for my Table of Contents Tab. The sidebar would then act like categories (like Books, Movies etc.) and within those categories I'd then have normal Table of Contents to sort the content.

If anyone knows how to do this, I'd really appreciate it.

Or if anyone knows something similar that would be nice too.

I believe that's that tabs macro. You can find the example here where the 2nd and 3rd example has a vertical column of tabs. Hope that helps!
