XD I thought it must be something like that but as non-native english tiddler I don't get it :')

Please could someone elaborate the meaning in a structured manner?

What does it do?
Where can I find and install it?

Haha sorry BTC, there is no such plugin, it was just a joke to get the new year started off with a smile. "Doesn't do crap" means it doesn't do anything. A plugin that does nothing.

It's a play on words. A terrible one :-) Somewhat crap :-). Lol!
