Hello everyone, and happy 4th!

I'm a very new TW user, and just this morning, saw these glorious things:

No matter how many times I delete them, they keep popping up.  I've gone through my tiddlers and can't find where I've used $/StoryList, or XMLHttpRequest.  It shows up through my Dropbox link, but not in my file:/// .  Any guidance would be very much appreciated :)

Thank you all very much!
Karen

Are you using any plugins? That sounds like some plugin that isn't configured correctly.

The $:/StoryList is one of the tiddlers used to actually display everything so it is always used in the background. Because of things that other people could explain much better than I can, browsers don't usually let you access things online from a local file and don't let you do much with your local file system when online. That is probably why you don't see the error about the xmlhttprequest when you are viewing the wiki locally.

Hi Karen

I think the problem is that you've got the "tiddlyweb" plugin installed in your standalone wiki; it is only needed when TW5 is being used in client-server configuration, with a server.

The fix is to visit ControlPanel and remove the plugin, then save and reload.

Best wishes

Jeremy.

Thank you Jed and Jeremy!!

The plugins were indeed the problem; error codes are gone!

Thank you again, so very, very much :)
