Can't play embedded mp3 files

When I embed mp3 files via D&D, although the corresponding tiddlers appear, their controls are grayed out and I can't play them. Any helps?

Reproduced with clean TiddlyWiki version 5.1.23 & windows 10 & Chrome 88.0.4324.104. For audio files, I used "TiddlyWiki.mp3" and "Caruso - Ave Maria.mp3" downloaded from https://tiddlywiki.com/static/Audio.html (and some others), but nothing worked.
