ByeBye pancake, hello..... Git?

As advised by many on here I put my images external to my tiddlywiki. This took the form of serving the images from Dropbox via pancake.io

e.g.[img[http://pancakeuser.pancakeapps.com/Tiddly/Uploads/Vector.svg]]

Pancake however now seems to have flipped and is giving a 503 error. I fear this could be time I get out the lemon and sugar and look for an alternative.
Any suggestions? Can I do it with git?
My tiddly wiki is hosted on tiddyspot.

Found https://updog.co/ which does the job wonderfully.

Is it possible to run a read only tw5 file from this service?

I don't see why not but I don't think it's the server that would make it read only. I think you'd get the same tiddly Wiki on tiddly spot or updog (minus the ease of automatic saving that comes from tiddly spot).
There are several threads on here and at least one plug in on how to set up a read only tiddly. I'll have a dig around when I'm at a pc.
