I'm running my TW locally via TiddlyDesktop.

I tried closing it, but got the "You have unsaved changes..." message.
However I don't know what it refers to (I have no tiddlers open...).

Is there some way I can check what are the unsaved changes?

(I know I can just click Save on the sidebar. But I'd like to now what was pending...)

Usually its because you put the kettle on :-)

FYI with ordinary Tiddlers usually they just saved and you'd never see that message..

But there are some types of Tiddler that EXPLICIT save is needed. Usually this is when they need "compound save".

For instance any change in Control Panel needs explicit save, I think. Its a compound Tiddler.

This is not just a TiddlyDesktop issue.

Best wishes
TT

If you go to the advanced search, filter tab and put in:

[haschanged[]]

you will see a list of tiddlers that have changed. As TT mentions, some of these might be state tiddlers.

In any event, is the "save" (check) icon red or gray? If it's red, that means you have changes somewhere and a "save" is probably called for.

Cool! Good to know.

Yeah the save icon was red.

I think it happened due to how the Stream plugin works (it allows editing a tiddler in View mode, then just closing it -  the changes are applied, but for some reason TW still needs a Save)
