case insensitive links

I was just wondering if it were possible to make "[[]]" links insensitive to upper or lower case. I believe it it would create a more flexible environment and allow me to avoid topic duplication.

Thanks, but this really isn't what I was hoping for. I would like a mechanism that would allow all existing links to ignore text case so that [[Test]] would link to a tiddler named "Test" or "test" or "tEst". For me, this would simplify linking. Just wondering if there was an easy way to accomplish this. Guess not. Again, thanks.
