  1. Assume you have several wiki files (Tiddlywiki) on your local drives.
  2. You have one wiki (e.g myNotes.html) for your daily use
  3. Is it useful to have a a search box in myNotes.html to search all your local wiki (or selected wiki)

Note: This solution just returns link to those wikis and on click the one your looking will be opened with the results.

This could be possible in Node: see "includeWikis" on https://tiddlywiki.com/#tiddlywiki.info%20Files (BTW: never tried yet).

YES! this is very interesting. thanks

I was looking at your solution for searching daves list from the scripts wiki and thinking that this could be modified for local wikis.

I much prefer the simplicity of the single file tw, but when it becomes to big and perforamce go down, the only solution will be to split it up. One central search will give you give you back a "single" wiki.

Mohammad, useful?

This is something I have been looking for (like cold drink in the Sahara)  since ever

I run 4 big wikis on node and a HUGE number of stand-alone TWs splattered all over Laptop, phone, HDs, a big thumbdrive

My information looks like an unfortunate  encounter  of a hi-speed ventilator with of a pot of spaghetti sauce (Bolognese/Diavolo with garlic)

Data-mining has become an intuitive fantasy adventure quest

Yes David, In the dictionary tiddler you can put NOT only the path to local wikis but also to online wikis.
There is two examples in https://kookma.github.io/TW-Scripts/
where Tiddlywiki toolmap and Tiddlywiki.com are searched from TW-Scripts.
