Hello All,

I'm a beginner here, I used to use a keyboard shortcut in OneNote to add a "Date/Time signature" to my notes, I'm wondering how could I do the same in TW5.

What I need is something like the following:-
In the "Text Area" of my current active Tiddler, when I press "Ctrl-Shift-D", Automatically the following "Predefined Text" is inserted in the place of the "text cursor"
[Msa:07Jul19] ---

Where:
"Msa:" and "---" are static Strings
"07" is the day of the month,
"Jul" current month and
"19" is the last 2 digits of the year

Thanks in advance

As you are newcomer,
I modified the code for you and this new attachment exactly does what you want!
in edit area press Shift+Ctrl+D to insert the signature or simply click on the new tip icon
created in your edit toolbar to do the job!

Further description can be found in TW-Scripts:
