Hi,

I use this to open a pdf-file in Chrome or Firefox locally or via a webpage (store.php) and it works as expected:

|[ext[Didaktische Jahresplanung INF information technology2017-04-13.pdf|.\HH DJP\Didaktische Jahresplanung INF information technology2017-04-13.pdf]]|

But if I use TiddlyDesktop 0.9, it opens an windows explorer window. (I use the latest releases of Windows 10, Firefox and Chrome.)

Do I have to use an other syntax?

Greetings,

Uwe

What is your default browser setting? I would think it would open in that one.

Which Browsersetting do you mean? I guess: Firefox opens the link to download as a file, and Chrome opens the pdf in an tab.

(But the problem is about TiddlyDesktop 0.9, not of one of my installed browsers.)

Hi Uwe,

There is a github issue: https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyDesktop/issues/107

Cheers,

So for me there is one browser less that works. Back to Firefox and waiting for the next release of TiddlyDesktop. Thank you for the response, this issue is in good hands, I think.
