We can wait to see if some IoS users have an answer, but if you are prepared to use your data to access your tiddlywiki online, as would be the case for tiddlyspot, you could use any TiddlyWiki that is hosted by any other means that you access through the browser and has the ability to save to that server any changes. One that comes to mind is
https://maarfapad.cloudno.de/ where you would stick with the save online.
Alternatively solutions that use online cloud storage such as Googler Drive or Dropbox may work for you. Have you an internet host because it can be published on a PhP server and NoteSelf has a self serve notebook (save only in browser session) or in a CounchDB.
