www.pouchdb.com leads nginx.com?

Just looking at the Noteself tiddler and clicked on the PouchDb link to see if there was any more information about PouchDb.

I come to this landing page:

I was expecting information about PouchDb, not this. The address bar still says www.pouchdb.com. I'm using the Vivaldi browser.

*edit* I was reading a few other posts, stumbled upon a thread that Danielo was participating in and it seems that CouchDb is used interchangeably with PouchDb, and I'm a bit confused.

 the link should lead to https://couchdb.apache.org/ perhaps? It seems to be much more relevant.

I believe there was a counch db service once offered for free at that address, perhaps it is now decommissioned. I believe IBM now offers a paid service. But yes you can host your own CouchDB

The site https://www.pouchdb.com is suffering a common misconfiguration whereby the “www” version doesn’t work, and is displaying the banner of nginx which is the web server that is running the site. Try visiting https://pouchdb.com instead.
