Export as a single file TiddlyWiki

I have found that Export All can save all tiddlers to a .html file, but what if I want to turn a tiddlywiki built in the Node format (with multiple .tid files) into a single .html file that is still a TiddlyWiki with the features of such?

Jed has built this into bob and bob.exe however it has being asked before and others have done it. I am confident there is a command line method but I also believe there is other ways to save a node wiki to file as once running in the browser it all looks the same any way.

I have a button I created that should do it, I will share later.

The build command you want is "index". It will build in a default output directory. You can see what the build actually does by examining your tiddlywiki.info file.

I do note however that the link says to see "TiddlyWikiFolders for details of defining build targets", but the linked page doesn't say anything about build targets, it just describes the structure of having multiple .tid files and how plugins are listed, nothing about build commands.

Yes, it is rather terse.

If you look inside tiddlywiki.info, you can find the "build" section, and under that you can find the "index" section plus other build "targets". It's basically the same things that you would pass piece by piece to the tiddlywiki command line, but separated out into nice chunks. So you can insert various parameters or construct a whole new build target pretty easily.
