Hi all

I would like to export my river tiddlers to a static html with the sidebar already hidden. But I would like to display the sitetitle above the river. What would be the way to do that?

I tried using the topleftbar, but there were three problems:

1. Tiny font
2. In the regular TiddlyWiki file, reopening the file makes the topleftbar hide above the viewing area.
3. In the static html I create, the topleftbar is gone completely.

Strange, I tried using the

$:/tags/AboveStory

tag, but when I export all to static, that disappears as well.

Another option I would be open to is if there is a way for the top tiddler to have one title (for permalinks) but display as a completely different title

Use case: my static html would have a home tiddler with a table of contents that would display at the top of the story river, have a title TOC, and the other tiddlers would link back to it. And any other statics I create might also link back to it with [ext[./thatotherpage.html#TOC]]. But if there were a way to display the tiddler title as SiteTitle instead of TOC, That would work great for me.

Well, you guys all went silent, so I came up with my own rather convoluted workaround involving a tiddler with the topic as the tiddler title. Then changing $:/core/ui/Buttons/export-page and $:/DefaultTiddlers and $:/.button/home to put that tiddler before all the others.

Hi David! I render my tw5 to static pages http://heeg.ru/ and my logo, site title and top menu I put to $:/tags/TopLeftBar
all my fonts I change with CSS and they look good. you can see my tw5 here http://heeg.ru/heeg.html

only problem I had - was disappearing toc in  TopLeftBar, but Jeremy helped with static temlate http://heeg.ru/heeg.html#%24%3A%2Fcore%2Ftemplates%2Fstatic.tiddler.html and toc appear .

Your site looks so good I thought maybe the first two links were to a Russian hosting site!

Thanks for the advice. Will check it out.
