[TW5] UPDATEd plugin tobibeer/sysinfo version 0.6.0 to output environment (browser/node)

Hi everyone,

To answer Gesundelehre's request,
I enhanced tobibeer/sysinfo with version 0.6.0
so that you can now probe for the environment you're in.

You can now do:

<<sysinfo env>>

which will either output browser or node respectively.

This can be useful to render content conditionally for static sites only.
