I really like the look of the ToDoNow plug in.  I think it improves on my current set up quite a bit.

But I'm not in love with the idea of 'archiving' done items.  Seems like a wasted click.

What I'd rather have, is a field(?) for date completed as well as the built in date created and last modified.

That would make two things possible:

1 - The completed items list could be controlled by the same 'today - this week' chooser
2 - you could add build a date picker so you could see on any given day what was created, modified and finished

Is there a simple way to modify the code that fires when you mark it complete, to add a field 'completed' and give it today's date?  I guess it would have to delete that field on an 'uncheck'

Furicle, I am happy you like my TDN plugin!

The field you are looking for is already there, it is labelled "todo-done". Every time you check a task, a new timestamp is added to this field.

There is also a simple Report-tool to generate an overview of your achievements.

Please ask again or give more details about how you would use or where you would like to see this information. My response time might be bad though … so you are warned ;–)

Happy do-ing!
Thomas
