[TW5] External text don`t work in static variant?

Hi! I try to use this variant of external tiddler http://tiddlywiki.com/#Alice%20in%20Wonderland   

I see that this variant works good on tiddlywiki.com,  site but when i create new tiddler

with _canonical_uri:http://tiddlywiki.com/text/Alice%2520in%2520Wonderland.tid

i see only 

Loading external text from http://tiddlywiki.com/text/Alice%2520in%2520Wonderland.tid

(<object> or<iframe> is not interesting for me)

External text work if  I save tiddlywiki.com, but dont work in empty.html file. May be  i have to use macros or plugin for it?
