I finally was able to hack it together 

after all your help with $list $filters etc... and this thread from TonyM https://groups.google.com/d/msg/tiddlywiki/zWRDFxdJUc8/c1K9O-PoAwAJ
here is my final result 

a quick feature list
1. it dosen't show if the Tiddler has no reference 
   a. "Direct Links" : Tiddlers with [[Delete]]
   b. "Keywords": Tiddlers with Delete in the Keywords field 
   c. "Tag": Tidder Tagged as "Delete"
3. Tabs :D

oh wow Peter yes off course :) I am flattered

I didn't think anyone would be intressted

at the moment the code is a mess just give me some time to clean it a bit and I will attach it for sure

I didn't share it yet it, it is a mess for now. i just got it working the way i want.

please allow me a few hours to clean it and I will share it
