There's a full archive of past releases of TW5 in GitHub https://github.com/Jermolene/jermolene.github.io

The trouble with the approach you're taking is that the host wiki needs to accept the macro you want to drop, and be able to display the results. That won't necessarily be true for intensively customised wikis.

An alternative would be a JavaScript bookmarklet that probes the current page and displays results via alert or the dev console. It's easy for a bookmarklet to read the DOM so you can pull out the details of loaded plugins etc.

I'm trying to make a macro that I can d&d to any TW on the web to probe it, particularly for plugin details. I rapidly became aware that making this was not as easy as I thought as some operators don't exist on older TW so the probe will fail as I currently constructed it.

What I need is to establish what will work now on TW that are some versions back.

Reading a full changelog would make it easier than having to manually go through each one for each edition.

Any help appreciated. Ask if anything is unclear.
