[Meetup] TiddlyWiki Camp Paris ?

Hello everyone,

For some time, I would like to organize a TiddlyWiki Camp Paris, France in 2015.

I contacted Mozilla Paris, I met today, which in principle is starting to welcome us.

This will run all day on a Saturday.

The idea of the day:

- Promoting TiddlyWiki

- Translation workshop (FR, etc ..)

- How to help TiddlyWiki (git, pull request, etc ..)

- Hackathon ? (a wikibar for example, like Dotclear)

- Community meeting :)

I'd love to see you, especially Jeremy of course ;)

The next step: find a date !

I suggest you select a date in June to give us time to organize.

I just realised that I hadn't replied to the group as well as our private emails.

Thanks for coming up with the idea for this event, I'll be delighted to attend. Hopefully, with Paris being fairly central, we might welcome attendees from nearby countries like Germany, Belgium and the UK.

Yes we have to :)
I can't thank enough Jeremy for coming ! It was a nearly perfect day for me :)

We were not very many, 10 people, but it was OK. At the conference we where fifteen.

There was Xavier, who is the main contributor of translation in French of TiddlyWiki (Hi !)
We meat also Alexandra (Sacha) with whom we will work to build a French community to promote them, if TWCamp can do this, it was my goal !

I had a terrific, memorable day, and enormous thanks to Sylvain for making it happen. The opportunity to hear first hand from users of TiddlyWiki is a great privilege, and I enjoyed the chance to talk about it with prospective users too. As befits France, lunch in the sunshine was pretty good too.

I hope Sylvain, Xavier, Sasha, Phillipe and the others will be able to continue with the momentum generated by the event. I'm going to try to organise an OXTWIG TWCamp in Oxford, perhaps towards the end of September.
