Friends

I have not been using Tiddlywiki for some time, with the need to update one or two of my TW sites. I find myself in a strange situation where I am able to make and save changes on one TW file, but not on others, The pages are in TW 2.5.2, using Firefox 40.0.2, under Win XP Pro, SP3. I have TiddlyFox extension for Firefox 1.0alpha18.1-signed installed, and I have an October 2012 copy of TiddlySaver.jar in each directory where have TWs to edit.

Btw, I have tried Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer, without success

When it comes to using an application to save my data. I don't know if there is anything more important than actually saving my data.

I have trying tiddlyspot now. I am having problems with that as well. It does seem to save tags.

I am trying to get tiddlywiki a fair chance, but this may be a show stopper.

If you're using TiddlyFox then you don't need TiddlySaver.jar.

One issue to check is whether there are spaces or special international characters in the pathname of the file that isn't saving correctly. Does that file work properly if you move it to the same directory as the working file?

Best wishes

Thanks for your response. I had tried copying the file to the directory that holds the working file, but that didn't help. And there are no spaces or special characters in the pathname - t:\la-perla-garden.net  Any other suggestions?
