different font sizes for different tiddlers

Is it possible to implement the use of different font sizes for tiddler content based on a tag or a table of content? I'm trying to create a tiddlywiki to document a software solution but also create presentation slides that need to use a much larger font. It would be really slick to be able to build two different tables of content and then have a stylesheet applied based on which table of content the tiddler was launched from. Then the same tiddler could be part of a document (with normal sized font) or part of a presentation (with huge font). Also, tiddlers could be built specifically for one or the other presentation mode (document vs. presentation).
