yes the "digital garden" concept is quite cool - a concept fundamentally trying to go back to older internet times, and roll from there- and tiddlywiki is kind of perfect for it, especially for ppl who want one tool to use (there are for sure better documented and sophisticated tools there) and not so much CLI use (then there's org-roam) :)
although I think a static site is better - which is why i encourage working on enhancing that aspect of tw with plugins, editions (frameworks, themes, documentation etc) :)
