The good old Firefox (prior to 57) had an extension that could let you select text+url to then paste it in one shot.
Could Tiddlywiki do something like this, somehow?

BJ's tiddlyclip plugin+extension for FF can clip and save URL, the selection, and other info to your designated TW file:
